The parts showed up in good shape, and the install was mostly doable. I thought it would be straightforward—well, maybe not straightforward, but at least quicker than it ended up being. The instructions could definitely be clearer, and I had to look up a few videos to make sure I was doing it right. Overall, it wasn’t bad, just not as easy as I was hoping.

I picked up an aero wheelset from ICAN, it’s been a bit of a mixed story. On flat roads, once I get rolling, there’s definitely that “okay, we’re moving now” feeling, like the bike suddenly wakes up and wants to charge ahead. But the moment a side wind shows up, things get a little more dramatic than I’d like. It can feel twitchy, and I found myself gripping the bars like I was bracing for a plot twist. For the price, I don’t think it’s bad at all, and delivery was perfectly fine. I just expected it to feel smoother and a bit easier to handle. The aero benefit is there, but it’s not some life-changing speed miracle. Three stars feels fair...

The return process was frustrating. I had to keep chasing for updates, and every time I thought things were moving along, I had to verify the same details again. It felt repetitive and annoying, like nobody had the info from the last time I contacted them. Definitely not a smooth experience.

I bought this from icancycling.com i’m not sure if it’s just me, but the ride felt really uncomfortable. Even small bumps came through sharply, and after longer rides my hands and back were sore. I tried messing around with the tire pressure to see if that would help, but it still felt stiff and tiring. Maybe it’s fine if you’re mostly riding on super smooth roads, but for my daily routes it just didn’t work for me. I really wanted to like it, so I’m kind of disappointed. I wouldn’t buy it again.

It was a decent deal overall, I guess. The quality is okay, but it could probably be a little better in some spots. Not bad for what I paid, though

The rim finish on my wheels looked uneven and had chipped spots, which was disappointing. I was expecting them to look clean and new, but the rough finish made the whole order feel sloppy. What made it more annoying was getting one of those canned apology responses that doesn’t really address the issue

For what I paid, the quality seems solid so far, and overall I’m happy with the value.

Support did get back to me, it just took a bit. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, I just expected it to be smoother, and it just felt.....

I got these mostly for running tubeless, and it was really straightforward. The tape looked clean, the tires seated with just a normal floor pump, and they held air fine after a quick ride. No big mess or annoying struggle with it. Really happy with them so far

They explained everything clearly and got back to me quickly. I usually get annoyed when replies are vague, really annoyed, because vague answers just waste time, but this was simple and easy to follow.

I had a simple question, and it took more emails than it should have to get a clear answer. Fair enough, support teams get busy, but this part definitely could be smoother

At first, the selection looked big, so I thought I’d have no problem finding what I needed. But once I started checking sizes and wheel types, there really weren’t many options that worked for me. Isn’t that kind of the main thing you’d expect from a bike shop? I ended up having to look at other sites, which was frustrating.

It took a little while to get everything sorted, but I did receive a replacement in the end. Overall, I’m happy with how it turned out and satisfied that the warranty was honored

I bought a set of carbon wheels from ICAN Cycling a few months ago and, they’ve been great. I’m not exactly easy on my bike, I mean, I try to be, but rough roads and a couple of pothole hits have definitely happened. The wheels are still straight, feel solid, and I haven’t noticed any cracks or weird noises. So yeah, I’m happy with how durable they’ve been.

I switched over to ICAN wheels and could tell quickly that the bike felt lighter, especially on climbs. Nothing too dramatic to say, but the weight saving is definitely noticeable. Shipping was smooth as well, so overall I’m happy with them.

I wasn’t expecting much, but the packaging was actually really good. Everything seemed well protected, so I’ve got to give them credit for that.
